Initial situation description
Difficulty in aligning the nacelle to the tower during installation using current lifting beam.
Need to solve
Modify the current lifting beam to align the nacelle to the tower to improve the installation process.

Airpes designed, manufactured, tested and installed a new hydraulic system that allows the beam to move ± 3º in the horizontal axis.
The client needed a hydraulic system for the nacelle installation in the tower. The installation process of the tower wouldn’t be complete without this hydraulic system functioning in the right way.
