Features of the ACN-100 electronic black box
Apart from the control over the safe working period (SWP) established by the norm, they have several registers for the control of the:

  • number of lifting maneuvers
  • number of impulse lifting maneuvers
  • time of maneuvering of a lifting
  • number of surcharges
  • number of passed over surcharges
  • activation of revision per number of hours or dates.

All the data will be visualized in the AMM-40 terminal of configuration (see catalog) protected through a security key.
It includes a restrictor for the control of surcharges. Can be connected on any weight sensor sited in a fixed branch line, return tackle block, cart, cable, etc. Optionally has an exit for repeater of weight (in knob board by cable or Macro display).
*Prepared for systems that do not incorporate load cells.
