S\u00ed, lo hace<\/h2>\n<p>Hans Christian \u00d8rsted\u00a0fue un f\u00edsico y qu\u00edmico dan\u00e9s que\u00a0<strong>descubri\u00f3 que las corrientes el\u00e9ctricas crean campos magn\u00e9ticos<\/strong>; la que fue la primera prueba irrefutable de la estrecha relaci\u00f3n que hay entre la electricidad y el magnetismo.<\/p>\n<p>En 1820 \u00d8ersted hizo un experimento: coloc\u00f3 un cable en posici\u00f3n horizontal y paralelo justo encima de la aguja magn\u00e9tica de una br\u00fajula, de modo que tanto la br\u00fajula como el cable segu\u00edan exactamente la direcci\u00f3n magn\u00e9tica norte-sur de la Tierra. Y para esta parte es importante\u00a0<strong>conocer los dos tipos diferentes de imanes que tenemos y c\u00f3mo les afecta la electricidad.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3>Tipo #1: Electroim\u00e1n de elevaci\u00f3n<\/h3>\n<p>Un electroim\u00e1n consiste en una bobina de alambre envuelta alrededor de un n\u00facleo de hierro. Un n\u00facleo de material ferromagn\u00e9tico como el hierro sirve para aumentar el campo magn\u00e9tico creado.<strong>\u00a0La fuerza del campo magn\u00e9tico generado es proporcional a la cantidad de corriente a trav\u00e9s de la bobina y al n\u00famero de vueltas de la bobina.<\/strong><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\nEn un electroim\u00e1n aplicamos electricidad para crear un campo magn\u00e9tico y elevar la carga.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h4><b>Factores para calcular la capacidad de elevaci\u00f3n de un electroim\u00e1n<\/b><\/h4>\n<p>La intensidad de campo magn\u00e9tico de un electroim\u00e1n depende de varias variables, que son:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>El material del n\u00facleo<\/li>\n<li>El n\u00famero de vueltas del solenoide<\/li>\n<li>La intensidad de la corriente<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Si la corriente es lo suficientemente potente, el electroim\u00e1n puede desarrollar un campo magn\u00e9tico mucho m\u00e1s intenso que un im\u00e1n permanente.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3>Tipo #2: Im\u00e1n electropermanente de elevaci\u00f3n<\/h3>\n<p>Por otro lado, los imanes permanentes proporcionan un flujo magn\u00e9tico constante que fluye de su polo norte a su polo sur. As\u00ed en un im\u00e1n electropermanente la energ\u00eda de los imanes permanentes mantiene la carga sujeta por un per\u00edodo infinito.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\nEn un im\u00e1n electropermanente aplicamos electricidad para cancelar el campo magn\u00e9tico y liberar la carga.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<\/div><div class=\"text-block-content hongo-text-block-3 last-paragraph-no-margin\"><h4>Factores que disminuyen la capacidad de elevaci\u00f3n<\/h4>\n<p>El entorno de trabajo de todas las empresas del mundo est\u00e1 siempre cambiando y casi nunca es \u00abperfecto\u00bb. Hay muchos factores que pueden afectar y disminuir los valores y capacidades de elevaci\u00f3n y Airpes tambi\u00e9n los tiene en cuenta. Algunos de estos factores son:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Capa aire entre im\u00e1n y carga causada por polvo, recubrimientos en el material (pintura, barniz\u2026) o cara del im\u00e1n desgastada<\/li>\n<li>Vibraci\u00f3n durante el transporte de la carga que puede hacer necesario aplicar m\u00e1s potencia<\/li>\n<li>Temperaturas extremas fuera del rango de temperatura de trabajo o diferencias extremas de temperatura del material (los materiales pierden su capacidad de magnetizaci\u00f3n al aumentar la temperatura)<\/li>\n<li>Porcentaje de carbono del material a elevar (m\u00e1s carbono \u00abdisuelto\u00bb en el metal significa menos magnetizaci\u00f3n para ese metal)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div><div class=\"text-block-content hongo-text-block-4 last-paragraph-no-margin\"><h2>Estudio completo antes del dise\u00f1o<\/h2>\n<p>Antes de procesar cualquier pedido de imanes de elevaci\u00f3n, tratamos de obtener toda la informaci\u00f3n sobre las operaciones de elevaci\u00f3n del cliente, los factores en todas las condiciones y proporcionar recomendaciones con el factor de seguridad m\u00e1s alto.
